This site is owned by a friend of mine.
The actual site has not been launched yet, but the forums have.
There will be reviews for all sorts of things including new graphics cards, pc games, and much much more.

wow, the design is amazing. I love the color scheme, its not the same old blue/white I always see. I wish your friend luck.
