Who do you think is the better actor?
The Godfather is on TV right now, and my wife and I got into a little discussion. While I think they are both great actors, I prefer Robert De Niro, whilst my wife insists Al Pacino is the better actor. shrug

It's difficult to choose one over the other, but I think Robert De Niro in Goodfellas, Taxi Driver, Casino, Meet the Parents, Raging Bull and Heat, are better than Pacinos major roles.

I'd have to go with De Niro. I just like his movies better. Goodfellas is one of my all-time favorites.

I need to watch them again.
On the Pacino side of things, Serpico and Dog Day Afternoon are 2 great films!

DeNiro has done better movies but its offset by some of the garbage he's done in the last couple years. I voted equally good...

If you are talking Godfather, then Pacino hands down. And he is fuckin awesome in Scarface. But Deniro is great in Raging Bull and Goodfellas. I voted they are equally great. (But Deniro seems to get more quality tail.)
