I opened a new Paypal account.
Do I have to upgrade to a Premier account to recieve a payment from say, Trainn?

Only if they use a credit card to pay you, which I doubt.

You have to upgrade to receive CC payments (or make them I believe), but to receive payment from Trainn, I think you do have to upgrade.

You also have to upgrade to receive payments of more than $500 (or that total more than $500 in any given month).
