It's called Reload Every. All you have to do is right click on the page, go down to reload every, and enable it and change settings.

i use avant browser...
it has the feature which you're talking about, no plugin needed )

I'm afraid of using it.. Call me crazy but I have the itching suspicion they'll put you on hold if you refresh the page all the time ?

You can refresh your pages as often as you want.
Theres nothing in the TOS about reloading your page too often.
Also, I thought to configure ReloadEvery you had to right click on the forward or back buttons on the browser?
I still check my status constantly, but refresh every 5 seconds.. now thats too much twisted

Green Reporter works by refreshing the pages every N minutes, no problems there.
