Is anyone else having trouble getting through to Cortiban Customer Servece? I called twice and all I got was their answering machine? If you have already called them, what is your experience with them?

No problem at all...the "answering machine" is actually just a message stating their hours. They give you a touchtone menu after that...I think you have to press 1 to speak with customer service

Hmm, that's not what happened to me. I call, and press 1 for customer service. It rings 4-5 times, then says their hours, and if you are calling in those hours, leave a message.

I think when I called them, they said that they had just moved offices, and if you leave a message, then they will get back to you.

Just called again, and got though to a Guy. I canceled easily and don't have to send anything back.
