It has been raining for 9 days straight and downpours last night of 4-5 inches per hour. These pics were taking by my cousin Becky.... You won't believe at the damage it is insane. I cannot get out of my own house right now x

Makes me wonder why all of a sudden these past couple of years this stuff is going on. I wonder if it is some sort of a sign? I mean this is CT not New Orleans or Florida x Oh well even though i have 4 feet of water in my cellar, at least my house is standing. Insurance is not paying for ceiling or cellar damage. We only gonna get coverage for a new roof. I literally had to swim to help my neighbor pump her cellar. I saw this dog trapped on a hill and I could not just stand there and do nothing about it. I am happy to say that dogggie is safe back at home. After i lost my dog this summer, i knew i had to do something about this. What a bad year this has been (

Lol there is no beach there. That is a small lake. It's fricken crazy. Parts of I-91 were closed coming towards enfield/somers today. I literally saw a woman trapped in some mass of water just because she thought her SUV could go over 5 feet of water. Some people (

I live in Plainville, Massachusetts, right on the Rhode Island boarder. I was driving today and went in a puddle about half the depth of my car, needless to say I was scared shitless.

I just talked to my parents and apparently there isn't any flooding where I am, probably since we live on top of a big hill. The rain just ended today for them.

Not just the states man, the world. I would imagine stuff like this happens quite often, but CNN or MSNBC doesn't have a branch office there so we don't hear about it.

Anyone else think that the Earth is just fighting back against something that is causing harm to it?
