Um... It's ebay. There are tons of auctions with low starting bids - it doesn't mean they're going to sell for that. It still has 5 days left on it.
If everyone posted every ebay auction with a low starting bid here, the Off Topic section would be about a million pages long.

Some people even list items for $1 with $30 shipping, thats how generic accessories and whatnot sell.
