Doing Offers On Different Wireless Networks (quick question)

Okay here's my first post, and its just a quick question...
i have a laptop and i often use different wirless networks, IE.. at school, at home, at friends house's but here's the problem .. a friend of mine (whose wireless network i often use) is going to sign up under my ipod site and will be at his house when doing so i was wondering if the fact that i use my computer on his network (and therefore have a similar IP as him at times) will affect me recieving an ipod

If you signed up for the ipod site using his network and complete your offer, and he does the same from the same network, then you do risk being put on hold.

If it's OC then you will almost certainly be DQed whether you signed up at his house or not. Other networks, I dunno.
