I have this REALLY annoying pop up all of the time that says, "Reminder (whatever day it is), (whatever the date is)." Then it just shows a little "The Page Cannot Be Displayed" thing inside of the window.

I try to click out of it but it doesn't let you and I have to go control + alt + delete to end the task and it goes away, but it comes back 10 seconds later.

How can I figure out what program this is and uninstall it?

Here's a picture of it ----->

Have you tried Spybot and Ad-Aware?

No. Isn't there any way I can just figure out what the program is and uninstall it? Because I don't think that it's spyware or anything bad. It's just really annoying.

Do a CTRL ALT DLT and see what applications are running when it pops us. Then see where it is on the hard drive. See if any unistall options are available. Maybe, goggle it.

Post a HijackThis log.

Yeah, use Hijack this. It's pretty much a giant list of running processes.

For the less-knowledgeable

[b27495e7582]HijackThis [/b27495e7582] A general homepage hijackers detector and remover. Initially based on the article Hijacked![=http//www.spywareinfo.com/articles/hijacked/]Hijacked!, but expanded with almost a dozen other checks against hijacker tricks. It is continually updated to detect and remove new hijacks. It does not target specific programs/url=s, just the methods used by hijackers to force you onto their sites. As a result, false positives are imminent and unless you are sure what you're doing, you should always consult with knowledgable folks (e.g. the forums[s, just the methods used by hijackers to force you onto their sites.
