First game for xbox 360

What game are you guys getting? Im thinking quake 4 right now, possibly call of duty 2. Id also like to hear peoples recommendations

Madden 2006 is what i would have bought for the game but i dont have to buy it cause im getting it for free from every10minutes...and i will prolle by a racing game and prolle perfect dark

But i only need one more green on xbox360.freepay so im pretty confident that i'll still get one. I think i will be getting Need For Speed Most Wanted and Madden 06 initially then wait til some better games come out next year before buying anymore. I'll probably just be renting alot of games for awhile

yeah i got lucky i won with 28 entries but on the drawing that i won with i only used 5...and ive been done with freepay 360 since 6-14-05 so im getting two of them

I'm getting Need For Speed with my every10minutes package, although I really don't want it. It'll be something to try out on live though. I'll probably purchase Oblivion, and DOA from a store. Oh and Kameo, can't forget about Kameo...or can we.

I just can't wait to check out the mad graphics and detail.

When I played Madden on Gamecube when it first came out, it was amazing compared to anything I'd ever played.

I'm gonna buy Morrowind Oblivion then I'm either gonna get Quake 4 or Perfect Dark 0 on the side(I'll wait and see some reviews).

Quake 4 got 70% from pcgamer, so yea watch out. Personally I'm gona get gars of war or perfect dark 0 (that is if I can find a pre-order online, anyone knows of any places still selling?).

i preordered need for speed most wanted but i am not even sure if i am going to keep my 360 if they sell like hte ps2's did the year they came out. perfect dark zero also looks good.

I'd say the must haves are Oblivion, Project Gotham, PD0, DOA, Top Spin 2, Kameo, and Call of Duty 2. Gears of War isn't coming out for another year and I thought Madden was the same game as the one already out

Damn, I need to do my research. Madden is coming with the system I have on the way, but it sounds like there are some other great options...

well a patient at my moms work (dentist office) showed my mom a bunch of 360's in her trunk. she worked for microsoft.

Ever since the PSP launch, I dont plan on getting any more console on launch day. After reviews of Xbox 360 and it's game, if all the games on my list got good ratings, it'll be a tough one.

I will probably eventually get Madden, but not right away. Perfect Dark for sure, and the new Project Gotham. They are one of the only racing games that keep it interesting to keep playing.

i want def jam 3 and the new fight night too but im not sure if they are available at launch. I saw some articles on those games in magazines and the graphics look simply amazing. It'll almost be like you are watching a movie with real actors instead of playing a game

is there a list of titles that come out at launch?!?

Ummmm, I call shenanigans on this one. So Microsoft just gives someone that used to work for them a trunkload of 360s a month before its released? Somehow I don't believe this...

I am going to get Call of Duty 2 and Tiger Woods (for my dad)...

madden 06' and the new Need For Speed (im a ricer, yes ricer not racer @ heart + its like hot pursuit u get to run from the cops...adds to the thrill)

Actually, Microsoft's promotional strategy of introducing the 360 to moms (in the trunks of cars at dentists' offices) has been widely celebrated in the marketing community. It's getting more attention than the Every10Minutes promotion.

It does sound far-fetched, but it's almost too absurd to make up...

my mom had no idea what it was. she told me some microsoft lady came in and while they were waiting for the dentist to come in (my mom is an assistant), her and my mom started talking about what she was getting me for christmas or something and after she had her work done on her she walked my mom out to her car and told my mom about the xbox 360. i asked my mom if she knew what the box looked like and i asked was the box white? "yes" did it have green circles on it? "yes" how many were in there? "anywhere from 7-10." the lady told her that it was going to be the hottest item this christmas and that if she hadn't preordered she should now. so dont call me a liar. i know it sounds far fetched because i didnt believe it at first. but my mom is a retard when it comes to electronics so it made it believable. she knows i have it preordered btw.

Me, I plan on getting Perfect Dark Zero and maybe one other launch game, but that depends on what games actually make it to launch. Second on my list (actually probably first, but I don't know when it's coming out) is Condemned...it just looks like a really cool game. I will probably also check out Madden, but in the few new videos I've seen of it it looks too choppy for my tastes (but its still not complete), and the fact that the announcers are "local" guys instead of madden to emphasize the new sounds and stuff seems a bit lame to me. But I'll check it out because its the only choice you have for NFL games thanks to EA buying the license.
