I ordered something from amazon but the wrong product went through for some reason.... I contacted amazon and they told me to refuse shipment and it'll get sent back... but who pays for shipping if I refuse shipment?

The shipper (Amazon) in this case pays for it. It's just an easier and quicker way to do things, rather than mail you a box with a return label.

Actually, I ordered from a "zSeller" (third-party) seller that was on Amazon.com (you know, when you click on "Buy XX Used & New..." link). So in that case would the "zSeller" pay for shipping?
