If i recall properly there were only certain batches with that issue, anyways i gave mine to a friend, if its scratched badly i'll help her exchange it at the Apple Store -P

Dude, don't be a faggot if you don't have one. I got a 2gig for my little brother, and its crazy good. There are no defects, and I haven't noticed any abnormal scratching

Yea, i noticed the back gets scratched easily, but thats typical. Last time i saw it the front was clean, but they've been really careful P 8)
