I thought there was a way to do this, but I can't find it. How do I transfer money from my credit card to my paypal balance?

can't, but you can use your CC to send people money. I dunno what the difference is.

You can send someone cash via cc and if they refund it it'll go back to your paypal balance rather than back on the cc, so that's essentially funding your paypal account from your credit card. best part is, since its a refund, there are no fees...

Not true, at least not my account...if I have a credit card payment refunded, it goes back on my credit card.

Same for me - even several weeks after the original payment was made.

what if I sent someone the $ thru CC, and they sent the money back to my account, (not just clicking refund), I would have to pay the fees, but it may work.

Yep, that works fine. I've done it a couple times, saves you the cash advance fee of your credit card and then you can just pull it with the paypal debit card

oh yeah, you guys are right. i would just send it as a payment rather than refunding. what i usually do after that is cover the money with an echeck or whatever and then refund both so there are no fees.
