Alright so Griffin Technology came out with a new iTrip, this one looks FAR better than the old one (the one I have)

I'll probably be getting it, anyone want my iTrip?? It's still in good condit. ;-)

NICE! love my itrip but i think the next step for me is gona be an actual ipod jack in my car. I dont want just a new itrip.

i'll give it to you for 20$ shipped. aka free shipping. i assume it's worth about that much since the new one came out and is worth $40 .. however i'll only do it over ebay since i want +feedback and to be able to print a shipping label off paypal.

do you think they'll come out with one for the nano?

no because as far as I know, the nano doesn't have the power connection (next to the earphone jack) that the iPod and iPod mini had.

What does the iTrip do exactly?

it broadcasts your ipods music over an fm station so you can turn on any radio and listen to your ipod. Ideal for your car.

That looks awesome, but i don't ever change frequencys on my current one though.

i thought it was a decent price.. they're still selling the old one at $40... and i bought mine for $30

no with the iTrip you just plug it into the top of your iPod.

no.. you just plug in the headphone jack into the ipod and put the cassette in your cassette player and it plays

It is a fair price, at this time. If you want to sell yours, I'd throw it up on eBay right now, before everyone gets wind of the new one. Look at the 3G ipod prices after the 4G came out, and the 4G b/w versus the 4G color. I don't really need one right now, so it's worth it to me to wait a bit.

I got my iTrip for $25 from circuitcity.com using $20 from my circuit city gift cards from doing an offer.. so it only cost me $5

First off, the iTrip LCD has been out for like 2 or 3 weeks, I thought everyone knew, but maybe I'm just extra cool. wink

As for the quoted question, the reception in the car is still pretty damn bad. I was driving home from the library (yes, I study every once in a while), and the static on the song was almost unbearable. I wouldn't recommend it.

I have absolutely no problems with my iTrip. No static in an urban area. If you are getting static - change the station to something else - that should work

I loved my Itrip when I had it. All of my friends would trip out about it.

I've tried to find completely dead frequencies, but even then, it doesn't work great.

I loved my iTrip, but it broke becasue I had it plugged into the ipod in my pocket and the headphone jack thing broke off. Im looking to get the new iTrip, I have been eyeing it for about a week now. Anyone know any legit sites offering one for free? I know one site but I dont think it officially launched yet.

getipod4free.com has one for only one referral. I submitted a support ticket last night asking if they would offer the new ones instead of the older ones. If you decide to sign up there, I'm looking for one referral.
