There is already one of these I am quite sure. $250 Gift Certificate for free. You just have to do a few offers. There are enough free stuff sites, no need for you and your friend to start another one up.

Maybe eBay or Amazon? I know you can get an Amazon GC for cheaper than the value of it is when used at amazon.com
