yea that has been out for a couple of years now. i wish i lived in the uk. swedish isp is offering 24mbit uncapped to the uk for either 25EU or 25 GBP.

the neighborhood my dad sells houses in keller, tx has that verizon in-home fiber )

yeah texas has really been ahead, as far as i know, with the fiber connections. That'd be pretty cool having a faster broadband in every room.

All fiber is basically the same, and can get UNLIMITED speeds. They dont even know where it will cut off. It could be 10terabit/s for all we know. But right now they can get up to 101gbit/s on multiple fibers, and 1gigabit/s commercially.

The elecrtical thing is really really old. What it does is you're electrical outlet is a AC wave of 112v, during the time when it hits 5v or -5v it sends the data, so it is not as fast as other mediums but a good idea if you dont want to wire you're house. AC loops between 112v and -112v via a sine wave if you didnt know already. That is american standards, UK has more volts less amps. We have more amps less volts.
