Okay so I want to start making some videos, because me and my friends all bmx. We want to edit things etc. I've messed around with a few things, and all I have right now is shitty Movie Maker. So I'm looking for suggestions on good video editing software. Also what is the best way of capturing a video?

Yeah those are good. For the free running vid I made I used Intervideo Windvd Creator 2. It's a pretty good straight forward easy to use program.

I've only used Sony Vegas, but it worked great for me.
