I signed up a while back for the Te-lite offer on one of the sites - i recently noticed that 1-800-patches had a "similar" product and I thought I would give it a try as well.

I ordered the GreenTea300 offer and to my surprise it was completely identical to the Te-Lite offer except for the box that it was packaged in... even the tea packets say "te-lite" - not greentea300 as shown in the ads.

Anyone know if i'll get credit for this offer? I still see both of them listed on the same site under different names - but it's basically the exact same items just packaged differently.

Just curious if anyone else had run into this yet?

i did both of those at roughly the same time, and got credit for both very very quickly.

be carefull with them i sent them back two products in one box and they accepted one and charged me for the other. I called them and they took care of it but im still waiting on the refund they did charge my card. but other then that i didnt mind the offers i just think that their business practices are a bit shady.

yeah i sent back arctic white at the start of last month (august) and they said they didnt get it till the 7th of september and had to charge me $85. i called them and they said there was nothing they could do since they had already started trying to charge the card.

i had insufficient funds and told them i wouldnt have the money and it was through paypal, but they havent tried to charge me since.

the last few things i sent back i made sure i got a return receipt and they had to sign for them hen they got them. it was worth the money just to make sure they dont try and charge me $85 for each one.

I tried them out. When I returned my product, they actually E-mailed me to tell me that my "RMA RETURN" was accepted.

yeah they sent me a email but only for one product when both where in the box and both had RMA #'s. When i called the lady said did u ship both in one box as if its common for them to only check one in.

I'm on the phone with their customer service at the moment.

The customer service rep told me that "no where on our website" do we claim that these items are different and [b7abe9eafd8]not[/b7abe9eafd8] the same product. I beg to differ. I pulled up the website and read them the descriptions right from their website and still they said there is absolutely no difference.

They told me that I could keep the remaining product for a significantly reduced fee or return the product.

Last time I will deal with any of their offers... that's for sure.

Good luck with that. They are completely unreasonable on the phone. I filed a complaint with the Utah attorney general's office already. Here's an interesting tid bit i found while searching for greentea300. Guess I'll just be chubby!
