I just got fucking OWNED by Casino Del Rio!

I deposited $50 and they matched $50. I needed to play $500 to get credit. So I play $500 hands of Blackjack and lose $25. I ask how much I have wagered and she tells me I need to wager $800 to cash out and my wagers so far don't count towards cashing out because I was playing Blackjack surrender! WTF! I'm pissed so I go into the regular Blackjack room and I swear to fucking god the dealer got 20 on every hand but like 3. I got 2's and 3's and just shit hands. BAM! $75 gone in about 15 minutes and about $300 in wagering. And yes I stuck to the Blackjack guide and never stayed. Damn I'm tired and pissed now.

1) All play bonuses are for wagering purposes only, i.e. all bonuses are not cashable. You would not have been able to withdraw the $50 bonus anyway.
2) BlackJack Switch and BlackJack Surrender do not count towards the minimum wagering requirements.

I have no idea how many $$$s you bet per hand, but if you lost $75 in a very short time, I suppose you played like $5 a hand (or more?). With only a $100 balance, the chances are high that you go bust. Statistical variance, man.

sucks man but it probably is just kinda random. If you are gonna win like 500 at a casino remember you are gonna lose it all sometimes too

may I ask how much you were betting? if you were changing bets, or making bets 2 or over with only 100 in play than that makes a difference. Also one more tip, always call the casino hotline before you deposit.

yeah if you are betting 5 dollars the swings will be huge. so losing 75 in 15 is quite simple. I reccomend clicking the options button and increasing game speed to max and taking off all animations and playing 1 or 2 dollar bets if you are worried about losing money. That will greatly increase speed and minimize all swings.

At least you know to stick to guide and bets.

and I am not sure which casino/bingo you are talking about but if you are up 55 and the bonus is worth more than that than just make your bets tiny to protect losses and play it out.
