I need to get 2 dollars in my paypal so I can use the paypal debit card to verify on ebay, but I really want it now.
If someone has active funds in their account and can paypal me 2 dollars, I'll send you back 4 dollars right after (although it will be uncleared or whatever for 4 days).
Post here if you can.. first to post gets it
