Yeah, I read that article already and was totally impressed with the Nano having read it. However, after reading these complaints I realize the Ars article neglected to analyze the very things that the complaint site is pointing out. The guys at Ars didn't walk around with it in their pocket for a day or do any extensive testing. It seems like they went from the box straight to the car window.

Do keep it. I mean I highly doubt freepay is gonna send out the defective ones. I got a louis vuitton for my girlfriend's. I'm requesting approval on freepay's. I may invest in those...
