They may be spammers, but they arent scammers. I know a few people who have done online reward center and other similar sites and received their gift. Just takes a lotta offers, and a lotta contacting customer support.

theyre scams, they have 3 pages of offers, 2 offers on the first, 2 offers on the 2nd, 4 offers on the 3rd. The 1st and 2nd page offers are easy. The third page has one offer that isnt signing up for a credit card, the others are all signing up for a credit card.

That doesnt make it a scam.
www.rewardsvenue.com has 3 pages of offers. 1 from first, 2 from 2nd, 6 from 3rd. They have lots of choices too.

Uhm, signing up for a credit card is free. So whats the prob. Unless you aren't 18...

I did all the math on doing 9 offers, and it came out to about $250 (with NO cc offers). Thats not including cancelling if you dont like it and getting refunded (some of the offers offer a money back guarantee). All that for a $2499 Plasma TV (so they say, although you can find it for prob $1500 if you look hard enough), even still its a deal.
