o, the first thing that showed up on cdnow was the import version.
is the cd as good as absolution?

its a lot more upbeat and has its parts but it isnt as relaxing as absolution or showbiz. i prefer showbiz more than any of the albums even though they are all great ). absolution came out in the states long after it came out in the uk.
I have Absolution and the Origin one. I love both.

Muse are amazing!
ive been a fan since 99, and my wif loves them as well. Showbiz was 1st, then their American label dropepd them so you guys didnt get Origin Of Symmetry, and then it was Absolution.
But Origin only just got released over here this week or last week.......i think since Showbiz they have only gotten stronger, and Absolution is amazing.

i could have sworn i saw origin of symmetry when i lived down near houston a few years ago at a best buy. the forks on that cover stuck in my head.

Agreed. Absolution is fantastic. I listen to them everytime I use my iPod.

hmm.....i remember seeing an interview with them saying that they were dropped before being able to release origin over here, but it was released in the UK, and then my wife said a couple of weeks ago that she read online that it was getting an official release over here.
maybe thats all it is, just an official release.

muse was actually here in dallas not too long ago in deep ellum at the gypsie tea room i think but i am too scared to go to deep ellum now (ran out of gas in oak cliff when i went to see hawthorne heights) so i was unable to go. i used to listen to muse on my ipod but when i would go to the gym i would ride slower because it puts me in a relaxed mood. i wish they would come out with a new cd soon.

Without opening up another music related thread. Anyone listen to Belle and Sebastian? I just bought Dear Catastrophe Waitress (the album) off of itunes and it's pretty damn amazing.
