The person who bought the domain name is using it to redirect it to other sites of ours in the hope of getting his free stuff.

He is being pretty shady and is being dealt with.

i'm sure freepay will put him on hold.

I haven't read line by line of the TOS, but what is wrong with what he's doing? It's misleading, but if I went to freeipodnanos and it showed the shuffle site with frames around, I think I would be a bit suspicious. It redirects to the actual sign up page anyways, so what's the harm in him getting some referrals?

Like I said, maybe there's some legal type thing going on that I don't know about, but other then that.... Who cares?

Google not to long ago, if I'm not mistaken, won a law suit of someone who was holding domains of google.com but were misspelt (gogle, googtle, etc, etc) so they might have some legal recourse on a level like that... But I can also understand them not wanting him to do this because he really isn't earning his referrals (if this is generating any for him at all) he is happening to find them.

And wood you are lucky I don't hold any religions other wise I'd be mighty offended.

How can i know? Easy. I'm not retarded and I've seen people get offended at the usage of a color incorrectly, let alone a bibical-ish reference.

What kind of negotiation if you don't mind me asking is it like if you will give up all your credits we won't put your site on hold or if you stop now we will let you keep all your greens or are you offering to buy it or something? If you can't say I understand.

Also is that against the TOS? It seems like its just more advertising since if he hadn't bought that site it would just go to a blank page this way they get redirected to your site and increase your traffic....
