On another note AMEX ran a promotion like this back in December, and I received my $10 gift card within four weeks.
So the chances of them sending it out seem favorable.
And even if they don't send it out, its not like it took more than a minute to complete.

I tend to believe they'll send it as well, but the disclaimer mentions "Small Business Cardholders," which is one of Amex's products, not just a small business.
