Well i use that only for this forum b/c i remember every use to bitch that they did not like sig pics and all so i compressed them alot its fixed now.

I think it looks much worse. The hand is dithered. You can't reproduct photorealistic pictures with GIFs because the palette is limited to 256 colors. If I were you I'd use a series of images. JPG for everything except the frog head, which should be GIF or PNG.
I just changed my sesolution and i see the problem now, My forum pics look okay but it seems like my website pic is bad, that what your talking about?
I had my resolution real high so i could not tell.
EDIT I fixed the picture on my site, do they all look good now?
