I heard it scratches way easier and the scratches show up worse. Is this true? I still dont know which one to get. Because the black doesnt feel like a really ipod, but its black, and unique. Its so hard to choose! ARGH!!
Might be false. I saw these suckers at the Apple store yesterday and 90284908340932 people were touching them like nothing, since they don't own it. I looked at them and they all seemed in pretty good condition considering all the dummies mistreat them. Might be wrong.

I guess they could mean the scratches show up more because the light appears white against black, and against the white iPod it might be less noticable.

It appears to scuff easier than my 3G ipod. I've used it for a week now without a case and it looks like my 3G did when it was 3 months old. If you care about looks, buy a case for it. Personally I don't give a shit.
