i got that same email from stormpay today.
Well, they say you can get up to $5/click. What a joke... There are no advertisers who pay more than 5 cents tops...

StormClix was just opened yesterday to the public, as far as I know.
I would give it some time, for more advertisers to join.
I'm not sure what I pulled in for the lil bit of clicking I did yesterday, since stormpay is down, for scheduled maintenance, right now.
