I've been noticing the exponential number of rule-breaking posts in the Trade Forum, including, but not limited to, posting of referal links and creating a new topic less than 5 days after another. So if this is in place is already just ignore, but I think having the forum rules being forced to them(new registers) like when you install new software and you agree to their TOS or whatever. It could help cut down the junk by a lot. This would obviously only occur when registering(or maybe at another point, that's just my suggestion). Just throwing the idea out there. Open to addition, change, removal and interpretation.

but the thing is, how many people actually read the TOS when they install software?

Wow I'm just psychic. True, very few read them, but at least then you can say they've been given their warning.

better yet - once you register, the first time you login you see the rules forum....they have to click it, in big words it will say, something like "If you don't read the Rules and follow them, you WILL be banned. We suggest you read them, and this is your only warning." At the bottom, the click done, and see all the forums. Maybe after clicking done, it says, "I hope you read them" haha, just a little something.
Keep the message short and have a link to the rules, just so they see there warning and dont have to read a bunch of crap, and would just scroll down right away. --- Or the forum they'd click on would say this, and when entered. Iono.....
