So I just opened a neteller account and talked to a rep on the phone. She told me that 85% of merchants pay for your InstaCash fee of 8.9% (that's fucking high). Do most online casinos pay this fee for you?
I also asked her if linking your checking accout is similar to Paypal verification, where they state in their TOS that they can take money out whenever they want (and they do for bogus reasons at times). She said no, and that we have to authorize all charges. Is that right too?
I plan on doing some kind of casino through one of the sites, I'll probably do FON's site. If anyone has tips on what's good to do, that would be appreciated as well!
(Sorry if this belongs in the help section.)

Planetluck doesn't. Casino Del Rio doesn't.
I think goldenpalace paid for it, music hall did as well.
It is a high fee.

Tip is to play blackjack and to use a chart so you know how to bet. don't stray from the chart.
the more you bet the higher your chances of going bankrupt. so if you stick to $1 or $2 bets no matter what your luck is than you have the highest chance of walking away with money.
Once you have a high bank roll, try betting $2 and then if you lose, $5, and then if you lose, $10, and then if you lose $20 and so on until you win, once you win put your bet back at $2.
