Wasn't there a way to get the Tiger update from Apple for $10 if the Mac Mini was purchased after a certain date? I tried putting My Mac's serial into the Apple support page but it just says "the system is not responding at this time" (I've tried once every week or so). Please let me know if anyone's gotten it.
