In perusing this forum, I just discoverd that r00sh has been banned. I have an open trade with him, and, since he has a higher TR, I have gone first.
I haven't gone green yet, though I did complete an offer.
What would you suggest I do in this case? These are the options as I see them
1) Try to contact him via email in the hopes of keeping him to his end of the bargain
2) Notifying the operator of the site I did for him in hopes of getting out of the trade
3) Giving up and letting it go
Any ideas?

If he doesnt respond and go green. Report his referral link to the company.

Damn! He was going to do an offer of death on macmini for me. What did this guy do to get banned?
Him and I traded once before. He greened for me and was accepted when my account was reviewed. I'm kinda certain he'll green for you too...

Do a quick search of his posts and you'll see.
If you're interested in contacting him, his hotmail address is still in his profile. There's also a thread under Off-Topic about "perfect completions" that mentions him and shows his yahoo address.
