Its probably been discussed already but I searched "prepaid credit cards" and I wasn't about to go through 145 pages of topics.
Where's the best site to get one from? Like the lowest setup fee, easiest to get.
Or just what you guys use.

Now does that actually function has if it was a credit card. Its says gift card so that's kinda throwing me off.

Simon Mall cards work wonderfully, but they charge like $5 shipping and $1 activation, so its much more convenient if you actually have a simon mall near you. I do )

Dont they charge a yearly fee or something? Cuz last time I checked thats what they did.

Yeah the reason I was really excited to see simon suggested cause I do have a mall nearby that sells them, and I've gotten one for a present before. They're charges are outrageous if you don't spend it in the first year.

The by-laws and rules of Visa determine the exchange rate for the transaction. As of the effective date of this Agreement, the amount of your transaction in dollars, if processed through Visa, will be the sum of (i) the amount of the foreign currency times either (a) a rate selected by Visa from the range of rates available in wholesale currency markets for the applicable central processing date, which rate may vary from the rate Visa itself receives, or (b) the government-mandated rate in effect for the applicable central processing date; plus (ii) an exchange fee equal to three percent (3%) times the dollar amount determined under clause (i). The three percent fee may be assessed on any transaction in which the merchant is located in a country other than the U.S., even if the transaction does not require currency to be converted.
There are gift cards that only charge the 5.95 activation. Use the search method.

yea it is more expensive online.. at regular simon malls it is only $2.95 activation fee and thats it

Call your local banks. I dion't think there is a bank around me that doesn't sell them, and if you are sexy you can sweet talk the teller into waiving fees. Or go to walgreens, I think I saw them on sale there but the prices were outeragous.
