I'd prefer a small amount of referrals needed but whatever.
So far I'm looking at 3604free.com(trainn), for the 350 dollar 8 referral, since I already have an offer completed there.
However, I would really prefer something like 3 referrals.. I completed flashipods4free but prefer the ipod over the paypal over there, and am looking for a good paypal offer now..
Having good offers is a must as I need to be able to get friends to do it(dont have the cash to pay 20$/green)
Well you could try orderit4free.com they have really good offers and have custom paypal so you can have any amount.

Their paypal payouts seem low though, compared to a lot of other sites i've seen (itemsforyou/trainn) however their offers might make up for it..

well its a smaller site so you dont have to pay as much for refs (if you're paying), plus the CS is good and the crediting for the offer i did (juenesse) was instant......and i mean instant, plus its only $3.
im sure theres another site that has paypal for 3 refs, but i cant think what it is at the moment.

www.itemsforyou.net has a low referral amount. It is mostly casino/hosting offers but it also hast the offer"bingos," which costs 10 bucks. 250 paypal is 3 refs, 500 is 6, and 1000 is 12. I'm paying for referrals, so send a PM my way if you're interested.

You can't count a site as low ref for something if they are casino/hosting offers.

Orderit4free doesn't really have that great of offers...I just stick with Trainn. And Gigante is right, if the site only has casino/hosting then the referral number is worthless

TheFreeProject is good. $50/ref. Not many places have that breakdown.

TheFreeProject really pisses me off, they never credited me for a pain in the ass + expensive offer.
And if its just 50 dollars more, I think I might try to do my 360Xbox trainn accuont next, as I'm already green on it
