No. Gratis/Trainn won't shut down. They're as stable as stable can be.
They're run by professionals and they know what they are doing.

And some of the other offers ARE getting customers. If the offer is good, I keep it (though, unfortunately, most of the offers I've tried are crap).

Quite a few of my referrals did offers they really wanted, such as blockbuster and casino offers. Also, I'm considering getting a new website soon, and might do one of those offers for someone (For a good payout of course)

It's just another form of advertising for these companies. Think about how much money they spend for just one commercial. This way, they'll be sure to get customers that may/may not keep the service...
