Getting spammed via pm's. Is it allowed? Caused by ELBO!

I know on a4f if you randomly spammed users inbox's with trade requests you got in trouble. Just wondering if it was the same for this forum. So far i made one request for a trade in the traders forum and i made it clear i needed a ref for a site. Anyways, i get a pm from ELBO[/color31fe7a871b] and he says this
"I'll give you $25 paypal for a green on 3604free. Let me know if your interested."
This type of thing really makes me mad because just because im new to THESE forums doesnt mean i should have to put up with nubs like him spamming me. If he needs refs he should make a thread in the trading forum, not pm everyone he see's who is new.
Thanks,
Celica
liAnd if you dont mind, the guy send me bad karma for telling him off after he broke the rules. Maybe just one person give me karma so im back to where i was. Thanks

no its not allowed but im not entirely sure it needed a thread for you to get the answer, but still, he shouldnt have done it.
and karma doesnt really make any difference btw. i wouldve give you + but i already gave someone else + and you can only give it every hour.
LoL.
Is it against the rules? Yes.
Is it that big of a deal? No.

It just pisses me off that that idiot treats me like a newb just because im new to this site. And then he went on to say it was not against the rules!
most the time people may pm someone with loow TR or new users, b/c they see you have not traded and want to get in on the deal

Either that or their scammers trying to take advantage of the other persons low TR rating.
I haven't read anything in the rules against it and I've gotten a bunch of PM's very similar to the one I sent. I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.
My whole beef with him is that instead of just saying "no thanks" I got "stop spamming peeps inbox's you fucking noob. Get lost."
I have no real issue here, but if theres a serious problem I apologize. And Celica, you need to learn how to interact with people. You turn to hostility very quickly.

he offered 25$ thats not that bad so i think he really needed the site done not trying to scam you

I dont care how much he offered. He should follow the rules and make a thread like everyone else. I could get more than that anyways.

It's against the rules. Maybe Admin can put icons on people who request this people who donate get the little icon saying Donator, maybe have one that says A4F on those who have come from there? Then people will know they're not noobs and just new to THIS site.

are u male or female?

yup, against the rules. And it happens to me every time I log on to A4F, so it's now like it's just a FIPG thing, lol.
I also don't appreciate you trying to give me a bad reputation. All you had to do was say no thanks. Instead you create threads with my name in all caps calling me a n00b.
I what exactly did I do to warrant this? I asked you if you wanted to trade, a lot of people here trade, theres an entire forum for it. All you had to do was say no.

It's a male that's been banned numerous times on A4F after making alternate names. Ironically enough, he was partially banned for continually PM spamming on A4F.

Yah but it's something that gets quite annoying after a while.

[quote5f08fb57a6="Celica"]Yah but it's something that gets quite annoying after a while.[/quote5f08fb57a6]After a while. You've been registered here for ten days. Please tell me how many of these types of PM's you've recieved.
I'll say it right now, I apologize to the FIPG community for breaking the rules. However it is in my personal opinion that Celica is some spoiled little punk kid. You need to calm down.
Once again, I broke the rules, I apologize. I have read the rules here multiple times, I guess I must have missed that rule. Honest mistake.

How on earth could you know what age he/she is? How old are you? Not old enough to know not to spam new members obviously...

Yes, I broke the rules, I've apologized for that more than once in this thread.
