OMG a modding group Smart-XX got there hands on 3 XBOX 360's there still beta but you know what this means? there could be a mod-chip even out before the console comes out!!!

This is great.... There are high res pics of the motherboard and whatnot so they should be able to try to make a mod chip, learn about the xbox 360 alot before it even comes out )

I am just saying they will get a great deal of understanding on how xbox 360 will work meaning it will cut time off the moding process, they can maybe go into testing and that will cut a month or two off the process.

True only three months, probably just testing it for bugs, and maybe letting things get ready for shipping and selling and what not

Yeah this is only a good thinng so i hope that all those hardware people out there are understanding how xbox 360 will work so they can mod it.. how cool would that be buy a xbox 360 on release a month later mod it! lol i cant wait!

i believe there are "clips" around the DVD drive, so when you put the disk into the drive, the clips hold it from falling out.

I could be wrong though...I only know this because this is how most "vertical" cpu towers have their dvd drives setup.

most drives have clips anyways, atleast mine do.

Yeah most likly it will have the 4 little holders inside the tray also you can use the console on its side.

Just like PS2. I bet even the cd or dvd drive in your computer right now can be mounted vertically.
