Just thought i would let you know that we caught nusqax creating fake names to gain TR and he is accused of some scamming. If you have trades with him you will need to work it out with him outside of FIPG cause he is banned. Just thought id tell you...wow we did that without sweeed shock

i found two he may have more but just two other then his name 0 posts no pms and time of tr request alomst identical...also the ips are almost identical no links in the TR module nothing i guess him and his trades can communicate without talking pretty cool i must say lol

FYI - JuG has donated and his address is confirmed and in PA. Which means he's an adult (or using an adult's account). The other dude's paypal accounts were unconfirmed (I think?) and obviously in NJ.

JuG's info is accurate. I believe him.
nusqax on the other hand...
he claims both his referrals were just trying to get a head start on fipg. except neither of them even viewed a post. all they did was register and go to the trade module. And they both requested TR less than a minute after nusqax did. Its just too shady. No respect for the sanctity of the TR system...

I think he should get a other chance ONLY if the problem was about his ip on more then one account. And you should limit him getting credit for them for aleast 2 weeks and you should see what people taht did trade with him think of him. that seems safe to me.

id say unban him.......if he has proof and the IP's arent EXACTLY the same is say give him another chance......you cant really prove if its him making the other accounts or not........

he is unbanned and he was never credited TR...indeed those two people did signup under him but it was outside of FIPG
