This user comes IM'S me randomly without me asking him. and says can you do an offfer and i'm like yeah. Then he asks questions is my paypal account primier or not, then i didnt' know wtf that shit was so i said yeah. but i had NO clue so after i answer he blocks me rudely because maybe that wasn't the answer he was lookign for but i do have a paypal account. Can someone tell me if you have to be primiere or not to trade onm thsi forums, and my paypal account isn't verfied, and is there wrong with a person that doesn't want to type in his mom's back account info? i hope not. But anyways does Primier account effect a trade and wtf is it and what does it do. Oh yeah thanks alot to the rude fruit that blocked me. his aim name was underdog, maybe he was under a dog and licking the dog's nuts when he was at home making that username. But any help will apreciates.

That was me dude. I asked about the Premier account because, you said you don't have a cc or anything. And if you have a Premier account you can use the virtual debit card. You started getting confusing about the things you were talking about, so I figured I'd forget it. And I didn't block you, I restarted my computer.

A premier account is pretty much an account that can accept credit card payments and it does have fees unlike the regular PayPal account.

you dont have to have any kind of paypal account to trade on here, but its the most used form of paying and receving money from people on here for trades.

all you need to trade here is an understanding of the rules of this forum, and the free sites, and be able to do the sites that you say you can do, (I.E if you have already signed up for a site, then dont say you can do it again unless you know a friend or family member etc who can do it legit).

This is the most confusing AIM convo I have ever read shock

You need to be verified, not premium to use the virtual debit card.

Premium just means you can accept credit card payments. Don't worry about reversing it, doesn't change anything really. You still don't have fees for accepting paypal funds, just cc payments (pretty sure).

About selecting a new mod

What I have seen done elsewhere is an application to be mod, and then the current mods and admin(s) are to select who they think would make the best mod. It would all be "secret" and once they have selected someone, they ask that person if they're still interested, and then publicly announce it.
