Okay guys.
I've thought about this a lot, and talked to a bunch of people, and I think that right now the best thing for the forums is to leave both wood and sweeed as regular members.
I realize that this goes against my word in the poll, and for that I apologize. This is me pulling rank because I think it's for the best. We may have an election for a new moderator to fill the spaces. I guess we'll have to see how much work there is to do without two of our mods.
I sincerely appreciate the time and devotion that both sweeed and wood brought to FiPG. I harbor no ill will to either of you.

Eh...I don't really like this, I think sweeed should get it back. I knew that something else would happen with this.

Its totally unfair to both former mods AND US to have a vote and
then just say its meaningless. Sweed was the clear winner and he should have gotten his MOD status back. Why have us vote and then just throw

I think this is the most fair way to go about it. I like both guys and love what they did for the sites, but as we can see from the sweeed/wood post from the past week. We will NEVER have calm seas as long as just one of them are removed and one is staying..
If they happen to become cool with either other somewhere down the line then who knows....
But as far as an admin's position on things, I agree with what he did.

If you feel they were both immature, I strongly believe they made each other immature. So if you get rid of one, then one will perform maturely. And obvious everyone wanted sweeed back. But oh well..

I think it's more the question of whether the poll should have been made in the first place.

junior, the number of unilateral decisions made by the staff of fipg is absolutely tiny when you compare it to almost any other forum out there. We take member input all the time. Look around at all the additions on the forum. 90% of them were user-requested. It was a vote that made sweeed a mod in the first place. I do my best to take your guys' input when I can, but sometimes I have to do what I feel is best for the community, and thats what this is.
I think the original poll was flawed because it didn't have more options; eg. both, neither.

i have to agree with the Admin on this one.
maybe it took the original poll for the Admin to realise or decide that he thought both sweeed and wood were too immature to be mods again.
from what was said, i was under the impression that it didnt make a difference who "won", that sweeed didnt want to a mod anyway.
so that only left wood either being a mod or not, and by the poll reults, he was de-modded.
if the Admin didnt listen to us or our views werent worth shit, then wood would still be a mod, but hes not, so he listened to everyone in that aspect and de-modded him.
obviously it would have been better if they both got along, but shit happens and we cant do anything about it now.

well guys...and gals, heres some stuff to remember before losing your tempers over this nonsense........FIPG is a online forum, who the lililili cares if a buddy of yours is a mod, or if the "cool guy" or "funny man" gets the spot.
Honestly i couldnt care less who is a mod aslong as they do their job/jobs, and if they cant get along...they get the can.

i didnt vote because i did not have a problem with either, and because it would only show me the results. both have been good mods but if they cant get along then both should be demodded. hopefully admin elects someone new soon. need someone to credit my tr.

I have to agree with this decision. Both of them it seem, could have come back, but with the constant bickering they didn't deserve it. I think most of us still respect both guys, but stand by this decision. Now, lets all move on.

I really never knew sweed (so I don't know what to say about him), because when the voting took place I wanted Chex to win - but that's another story alltogether.
I really think wood's a cool guy though.
