I got one of these things for this past xmas, and was kinda let down because the cursor kept jumping to the side of the screen every couple minutes.

i just picked up another one for $29.99 and wonder if i should sell it for $50 after s/h, fees, etc or keep it and use it.

Is the jumping cursor a freak incident or is it commonplace on all models?

cursor jumping is pretty typical with all wireless mice.

It's a mouse. I don't see the big deal. Same with a keyboard.

try using a cheap mouse, and then switch to an expensive one. World of difference once you get used to it.

Ditto. I had an MX1000 but I decided it wasn't enough of an upgrade from my MX700. I don't game enough any more to warrant it.
