Since I downloaded Firefox I haven't been able to open up some offers from the new free ipod site or my inbox dollars site. Someone told me that it's because a program that comes with Firefox called AdBlock....if thats the issue, how do I turn that off??

Adblock does not come preinstalled with Firefox. You had to install that extension yourself. I suggest only using IE for offers, but Firefox for every other thing done on the Internet.
