I got the PayPal already, what should I do? Refund it and ask for a money order, etc?

Well.. is it an expensive electronic or something? If so, refund him and ask him to confirm his address or send you a MO. If its something of small value, I probably wouldnt worry about it too much.. For the future, make sure you include in all your auctions that you will only ship to confirmed addresses.

Yeah, pretty expensive, sold my PSP.

Told him to send me a MO or Personnal Check (with time to clear)

I lost 450.00 by sending to an uncomfirmed address a couple months ago. It's not worth it.

Ebay should have an option to only let confirmed address people bid.

First off anyone that has e-bay you can edit your item to make sure that no one with 0 or -1,-2,-3,so on can bid on your item.

But still, a user with +100 feedback can still have an uncomfirmed address.

I sold a TV to a guy with +15 feedback and he issued a chargeback a month later saying his credit card had been stolen or something. It was total bullshit. But good feedback doesn't always mean a good buyer. Unless it's one of those power sellers and then you usually have nothing to worry about.
