More likely they'll compile all the answers and then send payments to those who responded with any competency.

What's your point? I belong to a few survey sites myself including PineCone and yes they do send out payments before you do the survey but most companies don't and you'd have to assume that company hosting the buick.com survey wouldn't send such a payment in a few hours. I use to belong to a survey company that paid $10 amazon every survey you completed and it would take a few days for them to verify your answers and make sure that you actually completed it truthfully and what not. Point is...Most survey companys don't send payments that fast!
