expect you to
return that amount as soon as possible. If partial money is returned,
you may still get fined. If none is returned, you will definitely get
reported and
fined. I am not happy to be doing this, but if I don't refund them
they will go after
the fraudulent users. No one wanted it to come to this, but if
Blockbuster takes this to court, you, me and many other users could be
subpoenaed as material witnesses. We currently have your address and
are about to report it to the proper authorities if we do not receive
the money back soon.

Ahah, Jpac Imed me like 5 months ago, trying to start a site with me. His deal was that I paid for everything and he got half profits. He then asked to talk with me through some microphone program. He sounded like a 13 year old. Turned out he was 13. Then I laughed in his face. END OF STORY.

Well after threatning to call his house or stop by, the owner sent me $50 and said he will send me more later on in the week. At least it is something.
