I canceled my order in the time alloted and they still charged me $100 and I need ot get it squared away and the only thing I can find is a stupid email address and I would much rather speak with someone about it. If anyone can help out it would be GREATLY appreciated!

yeah thats all they have....i havent receieved my product from them yet but i had a look around and all there is, is an e-mail address. (
