i sent back my trimlife.. a week later they charged me.. now they wont give any money back.. any suggestions?

i guess i left out part of the story
i cancelled trimlife.. a week later they charged me AND sent the autoship, the next day i sent back what they sent me.. now they say they didnt get it.. and wont give me my money back

trimlife charged me $15 like 3 months after i canceled and said they would refund that $15. i have yet to receive my money back. that appera stuff is crap. get some impressions made and some real bleach.
