sob story, but true.

alright.. so this past like spring semester, i broke my sisters index finger.. yea. but anyway. i was tlaking to one of her friends and he said it would be really cool if i got her something special.. so i was thinking i could get her an iPod...

now here's the dilemma. i want to get it for her birthday (sept. 10th)... it'd be pretty special. anyway..

should i do mp3players4free.. and get an iPod, or just buy an iPod mini??

i'm just debating, cuz if i did it and got all the refs and shit, would it be here by sept. 10th?!

anyway. i just feel really bad, esp. cuz i heard she like cried a couple times cuz of it too.. she's a violin player, and it messed her up really bad.. she also failed a math class cuz of that because she's a music major, and she had to make up practicing, and didn't have much time, so she skipped some math classes and ended up failing..

my parents were pissed, but she didn't tell them why... so yea i know that buying any type of temporal gift won't do much, but at least it can be a way of saying that 'i'm sorry' right?

Yeah a shuffle would be easier on you. Just go for paypal or something on flashipods4free and then buy it with the paypal.

or you ould just do sites for people, get them to pay you and then use that money to get her something.

Well, if you want it by Sept. 10 go buy it yourself so you know you'll have it for sure. Then go and do a site to get the money back. Or buy it in person like I said, then do the site and order the ipod, if it comes before Sept. 10 then take the original one back and get your money back. If you get it after Sept. 10 sell it on ebay.

or buy someones site.account that they have finished or nearly finished, then get it shipped to you.

Get her a 20Gig using the money you get from a trainn site (if you were willing to buy a mini or shuffle, you should be able to get 5 refs quickly for $25 each or trade). Don't skimp out and get her a mini or a shuffle, you broke her finger for christ sake!

I'll even hook you up with an album or two of classical mp3s (I can get almost anything) if that's what she's in to. I feel bad for her because her goddamn brother broke her finger...

When I was 5, my oldest brother held a pillow over my face. He didn't lift up until my other brother (younger but bigger than the oldest) came in and body slammed him. Did I get a "temporal gift"? No fucking way. I STILL can't sleep on my belly or put a pillow over my head to block out light.

yes you can do it quick enough if you hit it at the right time (when they are approving+shipping, etc.)

it was one of those thing where you had to be there... i didn't even realize i had even touched the hand that had the broken figner (left hand)
