When you add a credit card to paypal does it become your default method of payment? Or do you still send from your paypal balance if availible?

You still pay from the paypal balance that you have until your out then it comes out of your credit card or bank account.

You still send from your balance. It just goes to the credit card when your balance is zero.

no thats only if you request it (like on eBay you can select what to use as a back up funding source)
if you are using your debit or virtual debit card, if you don't have enough $$, then it will just be denied.
