Today we ran 7 miles, then we did 4 300 meter sprints, then a 400 meter sprint, then a 400 meter jog=a litte over 8 miles total

Hmmm... Cool. It's nice to see that us FiPGers are in shape. D

As for my run... I've only been running 4 miles a day and on the last half of the last mile I pretty much sprint home.

Not as much as you Crynos but I'm sure I'll be ready for XC anyway. D

Definitely, we started out doing about 4 miles and worked up from there

Oh I see. That's cool. Yeah my school starts in about 3 weeks and XC starts in 1 week. So we should be doing all of that soon.
